We're a Pilates studio built on classical foundations, we teach with a dynamic edge and an eye for detail. Experience small group sessions and hands-on teaching across the full spectrum of Pilates equipment, from Reformer to Tower, Chair and Jumpboard.
The PLUM Method
At the heart of the PLUM method are four key elements: stability, strength, stretch and stamina. Every session brings the Four S’s into your practice differently. Some turn up the strength and stamina whilst others give more attention to stretch and stability. Change the equipment and your body is challenged in completely new ways.
We don't believe in movement for movement's sake. Every session is rooted in the classical method, guided by modern sports science and shaped by years of hands-on teaching.
Expect hands-on corrections, individualised feedback, and teachers who remember your name from your very first session.

Your intro offer gets you four classes for £60 – enough to find your rhythm, meet teachers and decide where you want to take your practice next.
From there, it's a simple choice between a class pack or a membership, whatever suits how often you want to move with us. The intro offer can be used at either our Peckham or Islington studio.
