Bounce is a full-body workout with a focus on low-impact cardiovascular exercises. It blends classical pilates exercises with dynamic movements on the Jump board equipment. Think high-energy, dynamic & full body. All skill levels are welcome (not advisable if you’re a newbie or pre & post natal). Bring a small towel - you're bound to break a sweat.
