Reformer & Chair

  • New to reformer or been out of practice for some time? The Primer class is where you start. You'll be guided through the Pilates principles and classical exercises as you build stamina, stability, strength and stretch. By maintaining a consistent practice, you won't be going to Primer classes for too long! The PLUM Method is designed to develop and deepen your practice, so you can feel and see the difference in your body.

  • Perfect is suitable for beginners all the way to advanced students. You can work as hard or as gentle as you need or want. Expect modifications and progressions for each exercise, so you won’t feel the need to do what everyone else is doing (Pilates is very much an intentional movement method). Come to Perfect if you’re unable to join a Power class or you’re ready to move on from Primer

  • For Intermediate and advanced students who expect to be challenged, energised and worked out - fully! Whether you have summer goals or you’re looking to take your fitness threshold to the next level, Power has you covered. Expect seamless transitions, dynamic flows, advanced exercises and your limits pushed 🔥

  • This is an intermediate to Advanced class and a great challenge for Power regulars or those curious about the Chair. Elevate your Pilates practice by adding the small but mighty Wunda Chair to your routine. This session will be half on the Reformer and half on the Wunda Chair - a full body workout that will awaken and strengthen even deeper muscles that the Reformer can’t give.

  • Our intelligently-designed postnatal classes focus on building abdominal, pelvic floor and glute strength, as well as improving posture for new mums. The PLUM postnatal course is designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body. Our boutique studio holds a maximum of 10 mums (and their bubs) and provides an intimate space for you to deepen your mind-body connection, judgement free with other mums.

  • Bounce is a full-body workout with a focus on low-impact cardiovascular exercises. It blends classical pilates exercises with dynamic movements on the Jump board equipment. Think high-energy, dynamic & full body. All skill levels are welcome (not advisable if you’re a newbie or pre & post natal). Bring a small towel - you're bound to break a sweat.

Tower

  • The Tower is a lesser-known Pilates apparatus with different spring tensions; it's similar to the reformer, but fixed to an upright frame - expect new challenges and a different feeling! Tower Flow sessions combine elements from mat and the Cadillac and is designed to even out muscular imbalances, strengthen the Powerhouse, greatly improve spinal mobility & posture and overall body awareness. Tower Flow classes are open to all-skill levels.

  • You've been to a few Tower Flow classes and now you're ready for a bit more intensity. Think quicker transitions and greater challenges. This class is great if you already go to Perfect or Power reformer classes and are looking to ignite your Pilates practice. Tower Power will challenge your strength, stamina, stretch and stability. Expect a dynamic and invigorating workout that will leave you feeling empowered and noticeably stronger in your Pilates practice.
