OUTCOME
Successful: You'll be invited to begin the Instructor Pathway.
Unsuccessful: You'll receive feedback and may be invited to re‑audition in the future.

Once all six sessions are complete, the Studio Manager reviews:

  • Engagement throughout the pathway
  • Alignment with PLUM teaching standards

Once you've observed, co‑taught and participated with confidence, you're ready to join the timetable.
