On Sundays we reset. Think of Pause as your weekly “MOT”. This is a great time to check in with your body through strengthening, lengthening and stretching movements. Expect to iron out any knots and niggles from the previous week. Pause classes are breath-led with a focus on alignment and balance, strengthening each side of your body so that you leave the session feeling a little taller and ready to take on the week ahead. Expect some classic Pilates exercises with delicious stretches to finish!
