Postnatal
Our intelligently-designed postnatal classes focus on building abdominal, pelvic floor and glute strength, as well as improving posture for new mums. The PLUM postnatal course is designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body. Our boutique studio holds a maximum of 10 mums (and their bubs) and provides an intimate space for you to deepen your mind-body connection, judgement free with other mums.
