You've been to a few Tower Flow classes and now you're ready for a bit more intensity. Think quicker transitions and greater challenges. This class is great if you already go to Perfect or Power reformer classes and are looking to ignite your Pilates practice. Tower Power will challenge your strength, stamina, stretch and stability.
