Reformer - PRIMER

New to reformer or been out of practice for some time? The Primer class is where you start. You'll be guided through the Pilates principles and classical exercises as you build stamina, stability, strength and stretch. By maintaining a consistent practice, you won't be going to Primer classes for too long! The PLUM Method is designed to develop and deepen your practice, so you can feel and see the difference in your body.
