Rachel
Coming from a professional dance background, when I got into Reformer Pilates in particular, I felt the similarities between the two disciplines. I realised just how rewarding a consistent Pilates practice could be for where any body is in their lives, as it’s such an inclusive form of training. I became an instructor when I saw how impactful Pilates could be for every body. Three words that best describe my teaching style are: calm, warm and rejuvenating. If I could do a 1:1 with anyone in the world I would probably have to go with Beyoncé. I don’t feel like that needs explaning! Rachel teaches every Wednesday morning.
